Questions, naturally.

The ones we hear most often.

Is my Xero data safe?

Badger uses Xero's official OAuth flow with read-only access to invoices and contacts. Your credentials are never stored. Access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.

Can I review emails before they're sent?

Yes. Badger starts in supervised mode by default — every chase email waits in your approval queue for you to review, edit, or discard before it goes out.

What if a client replies?

Mr. Badger reads every reply and classifies it — payment promise, dispute, query, out-of-office. Promises pause the chase automatically. Disputes get flagged for you.

How do I cancel?

One click in your billing settings. No phone calls, no minimum term. Cancel any time and Badger stops at the end of your billing period.

Will my clients know it's automated?

No. Chase emails come from your own name, or from Mr. Badger as your credit controller. Each one is written from scratch. There's no template to spot, no telltale signs.

Do I need to be on Xero?

For now, yes — Badger is Xero-only at launch. QuickBooks support is on the roadmap.
